I'm Marcus Siljebäck Törnell - the Swedish chef who didn't want to be a Muppet. But that was a long time ago...
For over 13 years now I've switched culinary creativity for digital creativity. I am co-founder of Beegleton Marketing Agency, based in Norrköping, Sweden, where we help small and medium-sized businesses with their branding and marketing.
I have gone from being self-employed (even if there was two of us) to becoming an employer (working IN the business), and now is in the transition of moving to working ON the business.

For several years it was only my business partner and I in the company. The business never took off, and we were treading water. One day at a local coffee shop in the spring of 2018 we had "the talk". We had come to a crossroads; either we shut down the business and go looking for real jobs (whatever that is?), or we make a decision to make this work. We chose the latter. And to make a long story short we invested some time and money into working with a business coach to create a five year strategy for growth, we got us a mentor, we got ISO certified in Quality & Environmental management systems (9001 & 14001) to name a few things.
And we started growing - and have since.
In 2022 we got the award Young Entrepreneurs of the year in Norrköping. So nice to get some recognition for many years of hard work!
Today we're ten instead of two in the company and I'm so proud of the team that we have today!
Being a larger team has allowed me to take a step back from some of the day-to-day activities freeing me to work more on the business than in it.
Some of that freed up time is put into this website where I will, in more depth, write about my journey, personal development, business development and some thoughts about branding and marketing of course!
