It's easy to reduce business to KPIs and dashboards. I don't. I believe results are a downstream effect of how clearly we think, how well we lead ourselves, and how we treat the people around us.

Personal development has been a constant for me — from Maxwell Leadership to Mindvalley. The best return I’ve ever made has been on the inner game.

I’m also a strong voice for a healthier business climate — both locally and nationally — through my engagement with Företagarna, Sweden’s largest organization for entrepreneurs.
